Depending on the number of coals you have, you can easily cook your pizza under 10 minutes. Just remember not to put your oven into direct flames.  For the ideal heat- adjust your grid height – so that your pizza is not less than 25cm above your coals. Moderate heat 180 degrees Celsius is the best heat for cooking your pizza.
