WARRANTY:
Real-Fyre vent free gas appliance suffices with regard to all reasonable requirements, and guarantees its good operation. In the event of material or construction faults appearing in the Steel and ceramic logs parts within 3-year of delivery, which are also identified as such by our technical department, free new parts will be made available. This does not extend or restart the original period of the warranty. The following parts are not covered by the warranty: burners, ignitors, valves, flame failure devices, oxygen depletion sensors, regulators, and other parts liable to wear which come into direct contact with fire.
