Fan Assisted Gas Oven – Some of the models in the Excellence Line are designed with the unique Fan Assist Function. A fan positioned at the rear of the cavity provides constant and uniform temperatures within the oven, giving very even cooking results with all kinds of foods. This function is especially good with larger cuts of meat.

Cast Iron Pan Supports – The Excellence line is equipped with very strong and robust cast iron pan supports that are more stable than most others. Making a cooktop that is purposeful and able to withstand all kinds of cooking.
