ESSENTIAL CARE & MAINTENANCE TIPS:
Stone Cleaning: Never use dishwashing liquid or chemical cleaners on the pizza stone. The stone is porous and will absorb soap flavours, ruining future pizzas.
Managing Stains: It is completely normal for the stone to darken or turn black from burnt flour and drippings over time. Simply scrape off stubborn food residue using a stiff wire brush or metal spatula once cooled.
Thermal Shock: Always let the stone cool down entirely inside the unit before moving it or exposing it to water to prevent cracking.
